Boutique Manager
Key responsibilities of this role:
• Serving customers in-store
• Achieve sales and KPI targets by building a high performing selling atmosphere.
• Consistently motivate the Retail team and foster an inspiring environment.
• Resolve customer concerns proactively and be committed to exceeding customer expectations.
• Mentor, coach and lead the Retail Team by proactively being accountable for the boutique’s performance.
• Identify, document and resolve performance issues and policy violations in partnership with the Retail Manager.
• Effective roster management, while maximising floor coverage and productivity.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are met at all times.
• Collaborate with Retail Manager to hire, train and consistently look for opportunities to optimise customer service experience.

Social Media + Marketing Specialist
Role includes but is not limited to:
- Develop & manage the brand’s social media strategy through planning content and building out the Marketing Content Calendar.
- Approve content to go live on social media
- Plan and coordinate all social media platforms and scheduled posts
- Confidently film and edit content for TikTok and Instagram
- Formulate collaborations with aligned brands
- Be familiar with Meta Business Manager, Google Adwords, TikTok Advertising and Pinterest Advertising
- Liaise with Retail Cluster Manager to ensure successful campaign roll outs in boutiques
- Coordinate team to ensure clear communication about marketing calendar including but not limited to updating Campaign Planner, Rostering Content Creators and more.
- Work within a team to plan and execute photoshoots for ecommerce and campaigns

Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience working in the fashion industry in a similar role.
- Must have strong video skills to create trending content.
- Experience working with Meta Business Manager, Google Adwords, TikTok Advertising and Pinterest Advertising preferred.
- Experience working with Shopify and Klaviyo preferred.
- Experience in leading a project and team.
- Image and Video Photography Skills.

In-House Content Creator - Casual
The position includes the below tasks however is not limited to these roles:
• Create content to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts + increase sales.
• Continuous research on social media for new strategies and ideas to present to the team for implementation
• Stay up-to-date with competitors and gather ideas from various industries.
• Be familiar with new features launched on social media and research how these can be utilised by the brand.
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
• Create content such as flat lays and lifestyle jewellery images.
• Assist in scheduling photoshoots and sourcing models and crew.
• Assist in sourcing props and clothing for photoshoots.
• Style jewellery on models for ecommerce and campaign photoshoots.
Work with in-house team to:
• Ensure content is on-brand and appealing.
• Design styling videos, educational videos and other engaging videos.
• Plan and execute creative content that is engaging and relatable.
• Create social posts to engage curiosity and buzz around new collections and the brand.
