CHRISTMAS EXTENDED RETURNS:
For all orders placed from Friday 24th of November 2023 have until Friday 12th of January 2024 to return or exchange their items. Please note returns must be received in our warehouse by 5pm AEDT Friday 24th of January 2024 in the original packaging in a resellable condition to be eligible. Any orders received outside of these dates will not be processed and returned to the sender. Items not eligible for returns include Luxury Christmas Boxes, limited edition items, gift cards, gift wrapping, earrings, earring accessories, and final sale items. ithappensonlakemartin does not offer free shipping if you choose to return an item. For items purchased during a special promotion, please refer to promotional terms and conditions for eligibility to return.
