How do I join the family?
Simply create an account here! If you're already part of the family, sign in and start earning.
Will I receive anything for joining?
Yes! There are many perks in being part of the family! Each tier has access to a range of rewards. But the fun just begins there. Every time you move up a tier it will be a very special occasion. This calls for a celebration!
To celebrate this milestone, you will receive a very exclusive welcome gift! Being a Silver Sister of ours mean you will get bigger rewards and an even bigger birthday celebration!
How do I redeem my points?
Simply sign in to view your rewards! To redeem your points, scroll down to "Ways to redeem" and choose how you would like to spend your points. To use a reward, select and add product or code to cart.
Do my points or rewards expire?
All rewards will expire 6 months from the date of redemption. Points do not expire if you've kept your account activity within the year. However, your tier is based on the number of points accumulated in the past 12 months. Please note that The Silver Circle rewards cannot be combined with any other code and discount offer and there is a limit of one reward per order.
How do I move up a level?
You will automatically be moved up a level according to the number of points you earn. Don't worry, levelling up, up, up is made easy when there's bonus points!
